Questions about the pricing model

A member is counted as activated once they complete the intake screener and begin their first session. Members who access the portal but do not start a session are not counted. Activation counts reset each billing period — members who return after a gap are not double-counted.
No. The Growth and Enterprise plans include unlimited sessions per activated member. There is no per-session charge. The PMPM rate is the full cost. This is intentional — we don't want organizations rationing sessions to control costs, because session frequency is part of the clinical model.
Crisis escalation is included in all tiers at no additional cost. The 24/7 on-call clinical team and 3-minute SLA are part of the baseline product, not an add-on. We consider crisis backstop a non-negotiable safety feature, not a premium upsell.
The BAA covers Neurodex's status as a Business Associate under HIPAA, data handling obligations, breach notification procedures, and data retention and deletion policies. It is a standard BAA aligned with HIPAA requirements. Our legal team can review and redline your organization's BAA template if you prefer to use your own form.
Yes. The Pilot tier specifically enables evaluation with up to 200 member activations before deciding on full deployment. For Growth and Enterprise, you can configure your portal deeplink to make Neurodex available to a specific segment of your population (for example, one business unit or one geographic market) before a full rollout. We scope your initial access configuration with you during onboarding.
